To create a j2b.com online account

Step 1. Select login in the upper right hand corner of the website



Click Create Account



Choose if your a Retail or Business Customer



Retail Customer

Retail customers are customers who do not have a J2 net30 account and want to pay COD. Simply insert your email, name, password and confirm password and select sign up. 




Business Customers

Business customers are customers who have a J2 net30 account and want to pay on account. First step is to locate your J2 account Number on your J2 invoice or statment. You will find it in the upper right hand side of your invoice and is usually a 4 to 5 digit alphanumeric account number. input that into the account number field and press search account. 





Select Your contact info 

Choose your contact, enter your new password, Enter your email and press confirm code. This will send you a one time password email. Select

For $20 per month, you can:

  • Access previously submitted jobs through your J2B.com “My Account”
  • Download files anytime
  • Quickly resubmit archived jobs for reprinting
  • Maintain a reliable record of completed production work

All files submitted for print or scan are securely stored for as long as your subscription remains active.

This service applies only to files submitted to J2 Blueprint for production. It is not a general-purpose file storage service.

If your subscription is canceled, files older than 30 days will be permanently deleted 90 days after the subscription ends.

Your data is private and will never be shared with third parties.

Once you have created your account, click on 


Go to my account 

Once your logged in, go to the upper right and click on your name choose "My account". 


Click on the pull down to change to Paid Storage  



Read and Acknowledge the terms of service.



How to cancle paid storage

Simple go back to this menu and change the selection from paid storage to free storage. Be aware that all data older then 30 days will be deleted after 90 days. Please remove all of your data you wish to save as soon as possible. J2 is not liable for any lost data when you change your storage from paid to free.
