1. Who we are

J2 is a family-owned print shop in Vancouver, Washington. We print from your files (plans, signage, artwork, scanning, and related services). We do not design your artwork unless you hire us separately for that work.

2. Orders and files

You are responsible for the content and accuracy of files you submit and for having rights to print them.
Quotes and turnaround estimates are good-faith estimates unless we confirm a firm price and due time in writing.
We may refuse work that is unlawful, infringing, or outside our capabilities.
Risk of loss for completed work passes on pickup or on delivery to the carrier you choose.

3. Payment

Payment terms are as stated on the quote, order, or invoice (often due on receipt or Net terms we approve in writing).
Late amounts may incur reasonable collection costs and interest as allowed by law.
Title to goods may remain with J2 until paid in full where applicable.

4. Privacy — we do not sell your contact information

J2 Blueprint Supply Co does not sell or give away customer personal contact information. Details are in our Privacy Policy: https://www.j2b.com/privacy.

5. Text messages (SMS) — main office number

J2 may send SMS from our main office number (including (360) 696-1861) for purposes such as order/job status, pickup reminders, appointment or service notices, and customer-care or review requests, only if you opt in.

Opt-in: You provide a mobile number and give clear consent (for example an unchecked checkbox, a written/text keyword opt-in, or verbal consent we log). Opt-in is not required to buy print services.
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to about 8 messages per month depending on activity and programs you join.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or call (360) 696-1861 / email help@j2b.com.
We do not share, sell, or provide mobile numbers or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Website use

You may not misuse the site (scraping that harms the service, attempting unauthorized access, uploading malware, or using the site for illegal activity). Site content is owned by J2 or its licensors.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Services and the site are provided “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law. J2 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid J2 for that order, except where law does not allow that limit (including for gross negligence or willful misconduct where such exclusions are barred).

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
